PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of any other taxes and or fees resulting from purchase of the ESJ RF products. Prices are EXW SHENZHEN unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.  Prices do not include any freight, insurance, duties, taxes, or extra fees unless specifically quoted and agreed to.

LIMITED WARRANTY: All ESJ RF products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty from date of shipment. This warranty is limited to 1: replacement of the product, or 2: repair of the product, or 3: credit for the purchase price of the product. Subjecting any part to conditions outside of the part specifications will void the warranty, including but not limited to excess voltage, power, current, mechanical shock, or thermal shock.

SOURCE INSPECTIONS: If source inspection(s) are required by a customer/end user before, during, or after the production of deliverable product, additional charges will apply.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: All payment will be made in US dollars. Payment may be made by wire transfer. ESJ Technology accepts Net 30 terms for domestic customers, and requires prepayment for all international orders.

SHIPMENTS: Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the freight forwarder. Customer is responsible for all insurance, duties, and custom charges. ESJ will use the account number and shipping method of the customer/end user when specified. When not specified by the customer/end user, ESJ will include shipping costs in the invoice total and ship DHL ground.
